Occupational diseases and accidents at work in low income countries causes poverty and child labour in workers families. These workers hardly have any access to occupational health care. Many of them have no knowledge of the occupational risks at there workplaces. It is often possible to improve safety and health at work just by alerting the employees and employers about health topics and to look for practicle solutions.

The Workers Health Impulse foundation (WHI) develops practical and cost-effective solutions to improve workers health in dialogue and cooperation with the workers. WHI informs, innovates, investigates and joins initiatives together.
